Our founder spent 23 years in education — moving from classroom teacher to school principal — before bringing those same leadership, systems-thinking, and people skills into the cannabis space. What looks like an unconventional path turned out to be the perfect foundation: the ability to build trust, navigate complex institutions, and develop people translates directly into closing deals in one of the most regulated industries in the country.
